I had previously posted a review two years ago about my experience with this company. As of the last year, I am noticing that the receptionists are more polite on the phone. When I called in about an issue with my boiler they offered to come by the next morning to check it out. The guy that came was very nice and explained to me what the issue was. I have no idea about the quality of the business but their drivers are horrible and there seem to be several other comments here in the same vein. Driver on 84/384 was changing lanes at high speed with no sense of how large his vehicle is relative to the spacing of the cars around him. Limited use of turn signals, erratic speed, tailgating.
First time customer , I called inquiring about oil rates I was met with extreme attitude.
