Sat in the waiting room for over three and a half hours!!! They do not move quick enough and they seemed like they don't care about their patients
I recently called Wilson N. Jones Regional Hospital regarding a billing issue, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Stephanie from the billing department. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with me to find a solution that was fair for both sides. I had an unfortunate situation I had to deal with and recover in the hospital for 9 days. I was on the 2nd floor and every single person from housekeeping, techs, nurses, the mri tech, Drs., food service asking about food preferences - every* single* person* I encountered, on every single shift, including nights and weekends, for 9 days was so kind and helpful. My son was brought in when he was seizing in our driveway and transported here. We arrived at 11:50 a.m. and only one of us was allowed in, so my wife went in first. She wasn't in there one minute when she came running out screaming that she couldn't do it. I asked why and she said my son was blue and purple all over and started screaming and caching his teeth cos he couldn't breathe. I was completely treated like dog shit. I had recently had spine surgery on 12/31/24 for a compression of the spine that could have made me paralyzed from the neck down. I slipped on my fan and went down on my neck so I had to be transported by ambulance to this crappie hospital. I laid in a bed for over an hour in excruciating pain and calling out for anyone to help.
