I am a patient at this place and has been here multiple days and have just been mistreated by the staff it's been 3 days I asked for something still haven't gotten it it's 4 days I been waiting on a staff member to come see me so I can eat I've been in pain for 2 days straight no one cared then I was told for multiple days I was forgotten about as if I am not here I have never been this bad off mistreated if the staff on the floor I am on don't want to attend to me cause of the color of my skin or whatever may be they should... read more
The reason for my one star review is because the of the amount of bad language spoken. It was truly an assault to my ears. It was over the top. The ER nurses were just letting the curse words fly! I was place right next to the nurses station and even with my door closed I could hear every F bomb. Every bad word you can think of was spoken. I normally go to BS&W for emergency care however with the icy weather I chose to stay close to home. I'll never do that again. Wilson N. Jones has an amazing and experienced staff, from Doctors,nurses, etc... TMC left my husband on the gurney in the hall for hours after he suffered seizures, then just sent him home!
