What an amazing group of Dr's nurses emts radiologist and staff..from the moment I arrived they took me serious listened and made sure I was evaluated seen and heard ..BLESS THESE People..I had literally walked out of tmc waiting area and came here after talking to other waiting patients..im so glad I did ..im on my way to McKinney now to see a neurosurgeon..but that decision might have been what saved me from using a wheel chair or colostomy bag..Dr Wynn A special thanks to you Dr!! I switched from Baylor, Scott and White to this hospital for a second stent placement. Thank God I did this. The level of care could not compare to the other Hospital.
If I could leave negative stars I would. I have a long list of complaints about this hospital. The first is that they stapled my sons head after an injury and then when it was time to go get the staples out, it took 3 nurses and a Dr because they couldn’t get one of the staples out. My poor kid left traumatized. Then I go back yesterday because I’ve got pain caused by a tooth infection, and the Dr refuses to give me something for the pain telling me ibuprofen will be fine and I should have gone to the dentist. Was recently in there for stomach surgery and gotta say I was impressed. From the emergency room to the staff and nurses aides to the Dr's. And surgeon everyone was competent , compassionate and amazing. They were a little shortstaffed but never noticed it. Thank you again for everyone at wilson jones
