They only care about "a sure thing" and getting their money. Forget this company if you're remodeling or fixing your property up. Yes, I admit my porch didn't have railings around it, and also that the stairs didn't have railings on them. But it also didn't have a floor or joists because it was in the middle of being rebuilt.
