Update: any one with similar experiences please contact me thru messenger. Horrific customer service. Closed on used mobile home Dec. 11th, 2020 no C.O. til March 26th. Mobile included set up and del. In purchase price. Dealers contractor damaged the roof and wall during delivery and chaille wilson will not stand behind it and make repairs.
