Does this clinic not read the reviews? You need to replace or retrain your receptionists. They are unpleasant, unprofessional and a massive sore to the eye. I have no problem completely ignoring them when I walk in to the clinic. Gosh, whatever shall I do to not show them the finger one day?
This review is specifically for Dr Salz. She is best most considerate and compassionate doctor. I’ve heard horror stories from other people about how their doctor treats them badly by dismissing their problems and acting like they’re a burden. But Dr Salz is not like that at all. She listens to your problems and offers you the best solutions to the maximum of her ability. So happy that we found such an amazing family doctor
Rude and unprofessional receptionists. They do not try and help you in any way, especially with booking appointments. They talk about patients behind their backs for everyone in the waiting room to hear. Most of the doctors are very good.
