The receptionists here are unbelievably rude and severely lack training in their jobs. These people clearly do not care about their patients at all. I was told to drive over an hour to come in for an assessment for chest pain (which is incredibly dangerous), and they refused to give me an EKG requesition copy that was previously ordered. When I asked what tests the doctor would be doing for me to drive there, the lady said "they will do what doctors do". What kind of answer is that? Dr. F. Lalani is probably one of the most incredible, thoughtful, patient and professional thorough physician I have met. She is truly what it means to be a doctor who has taken the oath. Her bed-side manner alone is enough to remind you there are truly genuine and kind doctors left in this world. 🫶
In a time where it is hard to find a family doctor, we are so thankful to be patients here. The team is kind, knowledgeable and communicative. We have had nothing but excellent experiences for our family.
Staff are fantastic! My family doctor is so thorough and gets things done. She is AMAZING! So happy I am a patient at this clinic.
