I am a patient coming to this clinic over 18 years, I always get a good service from secretaries but yesterday I got very disappointed about the way how I was treated from this receptionist Dennisha. She was very rude, lack of empathy, disrespectful, she speaks over me while i was asking something and with her high voice tone she reply do you want the appointment or not, Then finally she hung up the phone on me saying bye. We can’t thank Dr. Klemensberg and his staff enough! Nothing is ever too much for any of them.
The receptionists here are unbelievably rude and severely lack training in their jobs. These people clearly do not care about their patients at all. I was told to drive over an hour to come in for an assessment for chest pain (which is incredibly dangerous), and they refused to give me an EKG requesition copy that was previously ordered. When I asked what tests the doctor would be doing for me to drive there, the lady said "they will do what doctors do". What kind of answer is that? Dr. F. Lalani is probably one of the most incredible, thoughtful, patient and professional thorough physician I have met. She is truly what it means to be a doctor who has taken the oath. Her bed-side manner alone is enough to remind you there are truly genuine and kind doctors left in this world. 🫶
