Had to use the ER. Never fun, and there's always a wait no matter where you go. Waiting room is basically a hallway--not great. The nurse that took my son's information asked what his sexual orientation was--why the hell do they ask that? I was pretty annoyed. Doctor was kind, listened, worked quickly, but was thorough.

Had to be checked after falling and hitting my head. Everyone was helpful, professional and especially kind. From check in to check out was under 3 hours . Very pleased with my care.

Unprofessional, rude, and degrading nursing staff and doctors have no problem standing in the halls, in front of other patients doors and or any other public part of the hospital talking awfully about their patients completely, degrading them, voicing their own personal opinions on them, but laughing at them and giving each patient disrespectful little nicknames

ICU ROCKS THEY WAS GREAT WITH ME, I HAD ONE OF THE WORSE CASES OF COVID, I WENT TO WILSON AND WITHIN 15 MIN WAS ON A VENTILATOR FOR 10 DAYS. YOU KNOW IT TOOK A WHOLE TEAM AT WILSON TO SAVE MY LIFE, AND I LOVE EACH OF THEM. I AM STILL ON OXYGEN AT HOME BUT GETTING BETTER. PEOPLE GET UR SHOT AND STAY AWAY FROM OTHERS. ICU NEVER STOP WHAT YOU ALL WORK YOUR ASSES OFF TO DO YOUR THE BEST AND NOTHING LESS.
