I have been trying to contact this company since October to participate in a course for patient transport Took them 2 months to answer my general inquiry, to contact me again in December ti start a course early this year and it’s now February and I am still waiting to hear from them even after leaving phone messages 🤷‍♂️

All of the trainers and staff at Wilson Medic One are dedicated and marvellous. I studied the Diploma of Emergency Health Care. The course delivery was exceptional and I was made to feel extremely supported and empowered.

They don’t give you a certificate if the course is paid for by your employer. We were told in the class that certificates will be emailed to us. When followed up a week later, I was told that since my course was paid for by my employer, I will not be issued a certificate despite the fact that it was me who did the course and went through the assessment process as well. Had I known this was what was going to happen, I would have preferred to go somewhere else to do the course/training even if it meant I had to pay for it pers... read more

The course itself was amazing I actually learnt new things even after few years of doing First Aid training especially learning about like Delayed drowning . Only feedback is that space is small so had us out on away and kitchen doing practical component on the floor with other participants from other classes walking over us . Other than that was awesome .Our instructor was maxing Thanks Julie.
