DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scheduled a “window” from 11 am - 3 pm. Home all day. They talked with my wife who confirmed I was home. Called them at 1:49 PM, they cancelled because I didn’t answer my phone. They had the incorrect number listed. Again, they spoke to my wife who confirmed I was home. Asked to reschedule. 1 week out. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The individual handling calls was dismissive, unprofessional, and the interaction felt discriminatory. That is not something any customer should experience. Situations I could feel the entitlement like this doesn’t just affect one person they hurt the company’s reputation as a whole. I strongly recommend this is reviewed and addressed.
This company installs plumbing into new builds and then won't service anything past the warranty, just to alert you before bothering to call them for service.
Service is good. Techniciansvare courteous and careful. Phone folks not so much. Very short on the phone.
