I have been a customer for years of Wilson McLain Plumbing. I called yesterday at 8:10 am and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Her name was Diane or Diana, either way, customer service can make or break a company. To be honest, I'm considering finding a new plumbing company.
Call center lady is very rude. That was enough for me to not hire them. Take some classes in customer service.
