Not a fan! They are trying to charge us for work that was not done, and saying it wasn't put on the payment arrangement. Not a happy camper! I DO NOT recommend anyone use the services.
To start off I gave the dentist office a week to explain these problems to me before I am posting however they completely ignored me. When I went in for my first periodontal cleaning I was given a kit that contained vitamins that I was told to throw out. A hydrofloss water pick and an electric toothbrush. On this toothbrush was a rebate offer for 50% of the itemized cost off the toothbrush. The only catch was that I needed an itemized receipt to collect on this offer.
