they were very nice and quick on giving me a oil change on my SUV thank you very much.
Wish I could leave something less than 1 star review. If your vehicle has any issues go anywhere but here! I took my new truck in and they found every excuse under the sun why my warranty wouldn’t cover the repair. They told me my CP4 pump failed and quoted me $20k for it to be “fixed”. I asked them to perform a diagnostic on it and only completed half of it. (Hooked up the scan tool). They told me that sometimes an $80k truck needs a $20k repair which might be true sometimes but they don’t even know what’s wrong with it bef... read more
I had a 10 am appointment and arrived at 0945. I drove an hour and a half to come to Logan just for the appointment… I dropped off my truck and walked across the street to a strip mall to waste the time waiting for my truck to be completed. 2 hours later I hadn’t been called so I returned to find out what was going on No one knew anything that was available to talk to. The service manager came out to try and find out what was going on Then no one knew where the key fob was to my truck so I could leave cuz they hadn’t touche... read more
