My service advisor Reggie Nyman was very unprofessional and argumentative. He was not willing to fix his mistake which led to a heated interface. I will not work with him again. I find ford able to provide service for my vehicle. But poor reports as to when your vehicle is finished. I found out today they charge a 3% fee to use a card. Which was not explained to me. I would appreciate a more forward and clear explanation on charges I may have.
Love Wilson Motor. Always take great care of me when I’m looking for something! Several great experiences and I look forward to working with them again.
