The service department at Wilson Ford is friendly and nice to deal with. When my motor on my car was bad the salesman Bill, was professional and very helpful in our buying of a 2022 Ford. He steered us through a long process of buying the car. They even put new tires on it for us. Thank you all.

My grandson took a 2017 Ford. Escape in for a transmission issue that came back with a cost of $9391.77 this is a vehicle he bought from ford.Financed for 5 years hasn't even made the 12th payment on this vehicle? Yet the tech we dealt with was very short and just kept saying that's why we sell warranties, which after talking to several repair shops.
