I will be returning to Wilson Ford because of SalesMAN Kenny Dingman III. Very impressive, not pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable. Car shopping can be intimidating but Kenny made us feel at home. He tore down the walls I didn't even know were keeping us from getting to the next level. He took us there, he will take you there too.

Customer service was professional
Came to test drive a new Ford Maverick. Asked if they could tighten the lug bolts on our current Edge due to recent new tires (from another establishment). Offered to pay, but they did it for free! Answered all of our questions. Pretty sure they have sold a vehicle due to the excellent service.
