I had been using Wilson Lewis for taxes for years until I had a simple audit in 2022. They were unable to provide the most basic information to assist with the audit. They had a good reputation for a long time as being customer friendly, but that has changed,. Completely inept organization. Their follow through is the worst I have ever seen in a professional organization of any kind. After numerous emails, direct phone calls, and messages, I have been unable to get the simplest tasks completed. This is unacceptable from an organization that I had relied on for years for my taxes. The prices they charge now for doing basic tax work is also higher than any other I have checked with.
