Our beloved mother, Ramona Martinez, passed away in August 2025. Wilson & Kratzer - Civic Center Chapel provided us with tender funerary services during this difficult time. We (all in the Valentin Martinez family) were lucky to have Ms. Celina Hernadez guide us throughout the process. They were very considerate and compassionate during a difficult time. They were very professional, courteous and accommodating to me and my family. They made the whole process smooth and easy, very grateful to them for everything.
Updating my review due to the fact that I have not received a call back regarding my mother's death certificate and its been weeks. Originally I had a great experience since this mortuary was able to work with my family on such short notice but once I didn't receive my copy of the death certificate and Celina stopped calling me back, I had a very hard time.
