They were very considerate and compassionate during a difficult time. They were very professional, courteous and accommodating to me and my family. They made the whole process smooth and easy, very grateful to them for everything.
Updating my review due to the fact that I have not received a call back regarding my mother's death certificate and its been weeks. Originally I had a great experience since this mortuary was able to work with my family on such short notice but once I didn't receive my copy of the death certificate and Celina stopped calling me back, I had a very hard time. The disappointment I feel is great! One I will never forget! My mother’s funeral details weren’t treated with quality care. The flowers for the casket were late, the address book I picked out with praying hands wasn’t available, some cheap book was displayed for addresses, the stand in funeral director was completely lost! My funeral director Darolyn was unable to be there for personal reasons. That shouldn’t matter. Anyone at this establishment should have been able to fill in. The most unprofessional place in Richmond. Don’t take your loved ones to this place! They botched my moms funeral! Nothing I paid for went right! No live stream, messed up the music, no flowers on the casket until late, messed up the song! No one to usher, pass out programs, conduct the music for singers. No one to open the casket for viewing at the end. Funeral director was sitting on the couch in lobby. So sad frustrating and disappointing!! The man Sylvester was insensitive and only cared about money!!!
