My experience with wilson and kratzer richmond office was over and beyond my expectations. My experience with Mr. Sylvester Dunn was over the top, he was kind, courteous, compassionate, caring, and most of all patient with my needs and questions. The staff that I dealt with treated me the same way. Thank you Mr. Dunn and staff

Wow, wow, wow... I cannot believe the inept "service" I've been receiving, recently. Last year (2025) my mom passed, and Karyl Thompson was still at W/K, and I will say that I could not have imagined a kinder and easier person to work with than Karyl for my mom's memorial. She was truly the best. My Dad has now just passed, and I thought at least Karyl would take care of me. Nope. She's moved on to Homesteader's, as I found out. We could not be happier with Wison & Kratzer. The excellent staff has superior communication skills, which were vital in our experience. Their knowledge and understanding of our Families needs were helpful beyond measure. We are grateful that they were on point.
