Nowadays it's hard to find a reliable and affordable mechanic. Wilson's was phenomenal with service and speed. I have a 2008 Mazda 3 and unfortunately had to put the 3rd transmission in and Wilson's completely understood my needs and took great care of my car. I had my car back quickly and it runs the best it ever has! They even called me a week later to ensure everything was running smoothly. If that isn't great customer service then I don't know what is... They actually care about the customer, instead of taking advantage.
I had my 2007 Mini Coop towed there because the engine was making a horrible noise and barely running. It was soon determined that a piston had seized up. Jim took me through the whole entire process of replacing the engine and dealing with my warranty company on my behalf. I knew exactly what was going on everyday with my car because Jim kept me informed daily with status updates. They did a fantastic job and and my Mini is now running like new!!
