I hired Ham Wilson to complete a transaction regarding a partition proceeding with my family, regarding my grandfathers interest in a 11 acre tract of land there in Avery Co. Overall, I do not recommend Ham Wilson as an attorney. We ended up having to go with after the partition was filed, as our attorney Matt Rupp was appointed as District Judge and could not simultaneously practice law.
