Where to start. A few months (October) back I had the owner Josh come out to give us a quote on remodeling the front exterior of our home approximately a $10,000 job. He was to get back with us on some different samples. Never heard back on the final quote or samples. Then I repeatedly make phone calls to his personal cell and main office. NO ANSWER. Our basement flooded in May 2019. After a call to my insurance agent, and he referred me to Wilson Home Restoration. Nadir had his team out to us within a few hours to get the water out and start the restoration process. He was kind and courteous and very professional during a beyond stressful time. I would recommend them to anyone!
We could never get Wilson to finish the job. They would tell us a date they would be out, then never show up. Terrible customer service.
