As of today, October 25, 2024, our scheduled appointment—made two months ago—was canceled last minute and rescheduled for a month later, November 25, without prior consultation. STAY AWAY! I'm a Realtor, and I will never recommend or use this company again - AND I gave them FOUR chances to make things right. These guys WERE great until I had an issue, then they disappeared AFTER they took my money! I have 3 young kids and my furnace broke. I called Wilson and they said an $89 service fee - fine. They came out on time, they were very friendly and explained the heating sensor needed replacing AND the pressure value has gone bad AND likley the motherboard too. Calef to inquire about various odd jobs including installing gutter screens. Was told they do not install gutter s s screens. It's weird that they can clean gutters but won't install the s screens. Will not recommend
