I have repeatedly asked to never be contacted yet they continue to contact me by phone and text to sell me services I’ve never asked for. Do not support a company that does this.
Wilson Plumbing and Heating was once a dependable company offering excellent service and fair pricing; however, this seems to have drastically changed. As of today, October 25, 2024, our scheduled appointment—made two months ago—was canceled last minute and rescheduled for a month later, November 25, without prior consultation. STAY AWAY! I'm a Realtor, and I will never recommend or use this company again - AND I gave them FOUR chances to make things right. These guys WERE great until I had an issue, then they disappeared AFTER they took my money! I have 3 young kids and my furnace broke. I called Wilson and they said an $89 service fee - fine. They came out on time, they were very friendly and explained the heating sensor needed replacing AND the pressure value has gone bad AND likley the motherboard too.
