I really appreciate the level of care I got here for my foot injury. Both the LPN and the treating NP were kind, thorough, and took their time with me. Wait was very reasonable, and I feel well taken care of. Thank you!
Would not recommend this facility. My experience has been long wait times, rude counter staff, no concept of medical privacy from the male receptionist, and doctors that are hit or miss. Unusual for a Wilson facility. The Wilson urgent care in Sidney is much, much better.
Never going here again. Doctor told me I had allergies. She did not know how to treat me. She then asked me what I think she should do. I said idk maybe a shot? Gave me a shot and sent me on my way. I ended up going to another urgent care where they ran a blood test. Found out I had a respiratory bacterial infection.
I normally have no issues as I have gone here many of times, but tonight I had to take my 2 year old in and when I went to give them my ID it wasn't in my wallet and eventhough they have it on file and could compare, they would not see my sick 2 year old....unexceptable she is 2 and you have it on file can see it's me but refused to care for my sick child....absurd
