I’ve been going to this office for 4 years & there have always been two consistent things. 1: raychel has always been the absolute most kind hearted person. Always giving me her full attention & making me feel seen & heard for my problems. 2: the phlebotomist, Nikki, has always been so gentle with me & so, so kind. I had chemo & radiation during 2020, so my veins really suck, but she has always been able to get me first try. She’s always so bright & happy when I see her & it makes my day. I can't thank you enough for being a great provider who delivered my second child and healed me from a painful ovarian cyst. 🤍
Worst experience EVER. Unprofessional. Was loud and defensive after waiting over 30 minutes and VERY Flirtatious with help (especially with staff students) . Left crying. Staff was not attentive. Felt soooo violated. And for some reason never do I get a receipt for ANYTHING.
