Jesica is a cut above when it comes to closing difficult files. I just worked with her on one that would seem way out there with old liens, mobile home titles not in the correct names. Just the gambit of what could go wrong did go wrong. She got us to closing like it was just another day in Florida. Her professionalism and expertise made a stressful situation feel easy, and her attention to detail ensured everything was handled smoothly.
