Our experience with this company was disappointing due to Scott’s unprofessionalism. He was often rude, short-tempered, and provided inconsistent information, making communication frustrating. His behavior raised concerns about his emotional stability, and overall, the lack of professionalism made the process unnecessarily difficult. Would not recommend.
Started out great then one dissapointment after the other. Installer started ripping out dining room floor ( no idea why). It was to be sanded and refinished to match new hardwood. Poor communication and emotional outbursts made the experience challenging.
Scott installed the floor and left before he finished. Trim is missing. He doesn't return calls. I'm left hanging.
Do not use this guy. He quit half way through the job and did not return any phone calls. Now I have to find a new company to finish the job. Do yourself a favor and find another company
Scott did a beautiful job refinishing one daughter’s floors. I sought his advice on helping another daughter who lives out-of-town refinish her floors ourselves, and even though Scott was not going to profit from our conversations, he was helpful, generous with his time, and he provided valuable tips and techniques. I found out how difficult refinishing wood floors is, and I appreciate even more Scott’s hard work and craftsmanship.
