I been buying Equipment from Wilsons For over 10 1/2 years and recently bought a new 2 Stage snow blower from them and They gave me 300 for trade in then marked up the price for the snow blower i bought by $100s after I bought it i found the same snow Blower at ACE hardware for 749 something so I went back to wilsons to ask them why they where charging me 949 for the new snow blower when ACE had the same one for 749 and asked them if they would match the price they came up with all kinds of excuses on why ACE hardware snow t... read more
Three months ago, I purchased a hedge trimmer from Wilson. I was pretty impressed with Dan, the staff-person who sold it to me. Prior to this visit, I had never before realized that Wilson was a service center for lawn equipment. Since then, I have taken a lawnmower in for a tuneup, as well as my snow blower. I have been impressed with their quick service turn-around, and with their friendly, professional staff. I'm definitely going to keep going there with my service business. the unprofessional review does not mention this woman was given a free loaner that she never returned (stole). We do not do work same day etc,etc, good fiction short story
This is one establishment that you should visit with caution, if at all. We dropped off a push lawnmower for sharpening after they claimed they'd be able to take care of it that afternoon. That quickly changed to a week, and then to two weeks. We went to get it back after 2.5 weeks and were told it was broken and couldn't be repaired. We were then told that they don't service push mowers and that the person who originally received the machine was mistaken when he told us they could.
