Upon taking my window to Wilson glass to have them replace the glass and put the grids back in. When I went back to pick up my window they didn’t put the grids back in. I was asked to pay half of the price of the window which was no problem. Since it was done on a Friday I had to bring the window back the following week so they can put the grades in. I have a lot of reasons not to like Wilson Glass. My advice to anyone thinking about doing business with them. Get another quote. My purchase did not go well, when I tried to discuss it with them the middle age lady in the office started going off on me. I was calm and cool, I have no idea why she went off on me like she did. Buyer beware apples here.
