Dr. Gal has the absolute worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever had in 65 years of living. His staff gets upset if you ask them to address you as Mr or Ms instead of hun, sugar, or Miss Cynthia. I guess the office staff's skin is too thin to comply with such a simple request
I was supposed to get a CT scan, they supposedly contacted me LAST month and my appointment was yesterday. I did not receive any text or call as a reminder and now these people want me to call the CT scan clinic to reschedule????? I pay a lot of money to get treatment. I’m very sick and feeling really badly. I’m never using this “specialists” again. Also, I find it so shady that they only acknowledge “good” reviews and ignore the bad ones, what a joke!!!

Was given a diagnosis on 1/5/24. 7 weeks later, still symptomatic and still no medication. Fixation on a VERY expensive drug with no willingness to prescribe alternatives that are available.
