On behalf of The Washington Family.Our experience was simply confusing, It took two wks to receive an estimate date of when our loved one remains will be mailed to Ga,then finally I was told by a Wilson team member that it was safe to plan the funeral on a Saturday which was almost 3wks after my family member died.
