I was almost 2 hours getting the oil and air filter changed. When I went to drive home the truck was idling way too high, so I went and got them and they found that they had not hooked a tube back up. On my way home the check engine light came on and when I took it back they found that they had not reset the computer after starting it without all the tubes hooked up. Really not a great experience!

I called from around the corner on Main Street for a quick look at something and the guy who answered the phone must have seen me pull in because he came out to meet me and helped me with an answer after a quick peek and I was off in 2 minutes. So thoughtful of him to do that and have the answer. And I was able to correct my problem! Thanks!!

I’ll be honest that I like their service department for the most part. They are friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had any major issues. But, after my visit today I’m a little frustrated. First, they added a $20.08 “shop supplies” fee at the end of the bill. They break out parts and labor for all the work that’s done, to include the oil disposal fee, then tack on an additional $20 at the end of the bill along with tax. Wilson motor has taken good care of me. They’ve been fair on pricing, and have always been pretty quick to get things done. I would definitely recommend them for servicing your Ford.
