I’ll be honest that I like their service department for the most part. They are friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had any major issues. But, after my visit today I’m a little frustrated. First, they added a $20.08 “shop supplies” fee at the end of the bill. They break out parts and labor for all the work that’s done, to include the oil disposal fee, then tack on an additional $20 at the end of the bill along with tax. Wilson motor has taken good care of me. They’ve been fair on pricing, and have always been pretty quick to get things done. I would definitely recommend them for servicing your Ford.
Very helpful... was traveling through ND they got me back on the road.
