This is really a great find-----great people-----great trainers------great equipment---and reasonably priced!!!
Great place to go--- clean and very friendly staff. They are very prompt about handing out cool towels just when you need them. It could stand to be a little COOLER in there. See you soon!

Great place to work out and take classes. Huge variety and times of the classes to fit around my schedule and great child watch.
Facility and staff are great. Wish I could make it more often.
I go 5-6 days a week. Thanks to their partnership with the military, I am finally to the point where I can pass a full Army Physical Fitness Test after being unable to do the push-up event for 5 years.
