My husband passed 10/29/25 Had him cremated. Ordered a beautiful art glass memorial that they would use some of his ashes to help make it. I ordered one, I was told it would be about 6 weeks to get after they send off his ashes. It was never sent off. They never contacted me about it. My youngest son, 34 years old, mentioned I should have received it by then- which was the first part of January. Anyway, to make a long story short- they NEVER sent the ashes.
