They initially made a mistake and shipped me the wrong product. I called them, talked to one person, she looked it up and admitted the mistake and expedited the product I originally ordered. Mistakes happen bit its how you correct your mistakes. Excellent customer service.
arrived at 9:20 kept looking for office which is to the left you must stop to check in , a forklift driver send me to dock , I kept waiting to start loading me. After 1h30 mn I asked a guy who said must go to office. Wasted around 3 hours. It’s a bad experience for me , cause a big rig entering your facility deserves care. We are not here for tourism. It’s Dirty dock.
