All of the staff I have dealt with at Wilson Equipment are top notch. From the sales, and service, to the rental department.
Brian in service and Jason in rentals were extremely helpful. My machine was having electrical problems and they bent over backwards to make sure I had a rental delivered the same day. Both technicians they sent out were knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me get the job done and done on time. Thanks to their diagnosis and help my skid steer is operational again. Thanks guys
Horrible, they gave away my reservation because they called some random guy with the same last name and that person did not answer. Would give zero if possible. Tried to tell management what happened and crickets.
