10/22/25 am editing my review. I got the chance to speak with Chandler Wilson about the mistakes that were made and he personally made a sincere apology about the damage that was done to our yard and other issues. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! If I could give a ZERO or negative rating I would. We built a very expensive ($800k+) home with Pulte. Wilson’s was contracted to do our landscaping and seed/sod work. We closed in December 2024 and were promised outdoor work would begin in early spring 2025. We purchased a MI Home and moved in over Memorial weekend. Two weeks later our sod was installed. Within the first two weeks we noticed large brown/dead grass areas in the front yard. When I was removing the sod, red ants jumped all over me and bit me leaving a rash on both arms. I called Wilson's Turf to let them know and see what could be done, and the guy who was on the telephone said, "No one else has complained about red ants". Installed on our new build, sod is healthy and have had no problems! Reached out for information about the type of grass and what seed to buy to overseed and the response was quick and informative.
Doesn’t clean machinery off before driving on the road. Skidsteer is caked with mud/rocks flying off.
