Todd when I need him recently refused to service my residence . Was unprofessional and insulting. I change my opinion of him and do not recommend him any longer .
Was first told they'd prioritize us for a sparking breaker box, days later, I called back, they said there was an emergency and they'd be there as soon as possible. Another week passed, called back again. Now we're told it'll be 2 months! Seems like they may have issues with working on mobile homes or scheduling, or both. Either way it'd be nice if communication was a bit clearer. What a waste of time. Thanks for nothing.
