Todd when I need him recently refused to service my residence . Was unprofessional and insulting. I change my opinion of him and do not recommend him any longer .

Was first told they'd prioritize us for a sparking breaker box, days later, I called back, they said there was an emergency and they'd be there as soon as possible. Another week passed, called back again. Now we're told it'll be 2 months! Seems like they may have issues with working on mobile homes or scheduling, or both. Either way it'd be nice if communication was a bit clearer. What a waste of time. Thanks for nothing. The problem with this is the service itself and they are rude and are annoying and aggressive do not use these people now they say that I was angry and the realtor was supposed to pay due to the incompetence of the contractor the light fell out of the ceiling after contractor installed it so I called the realtor and they paid for it so I did not steal anything from anyone now that is the their anger not mine
