Dr Cohen was uncaring, condescending, unfriendly. I just felt brushed off and he didn't really listen to what i was saying. I don't know if I just caught him on a bad day, or if that is his general personality. I just know that I won't be returning.
Absolutely love him. I go out of town to see him because he actually listens and cares.
Dr. Cohen was great with my son (2 years old, needed ear tubes)… feeling thankful!
My daughter has been going to him for 3 almost 4 years. He inserted her tubes when she was 12mths old. First year was fine then she started have repeated infections.. I would call for an appointment, he’d prescribe ear drops afterwards. She would scream and yell when drops were put in. I told him, acted like no big deal.
