Absolutely Horrible -Zero Star I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this ENT office. My families appointment has been rescheduled four separate times, each time with a call placed just an hour before closing the day prior stating "the doctor has an emergency" pattern is unacceptable for any patient, but especially for someone awaiting sleep study results that could indicate a potentially serious medical condition. Getting an appointment is always a hassle here, I think it’s time to find a new ENT doctor. You call in and have to leave a message thru an automated system that doesn’t work half the time, and if by chance someone does answer, they simply transfer you to someone else, that still doesn’t answer or you leave a message that NEVER gets returned. 4 years later you remember to send a bill! This office is a joke, so disappointing, few weeks ago someone called to confirm my information, I thought it was weird as I haven’t been in the office in over 4 years and assumed it was for marketing. Today I get in the mail a bill for $180, that was created just few days ago.. this may of 2025. At the time I used my insurances and paid out of pocket over $100 for each visit.
