Dr. Zafar is good. But he is NOT an owner. He is an employee of "premier independent physicians group Inc". He has no control of support staff. And they DON’T DO THEIR JOB. It should be: patient go to office ONLY for appointment with doctor. All other solved by phone call or E-Mail. They not answering phone and don’t call back (never to me). Never answering E-Mails and saying that didn’t received it. Doctor writing prescriptions with NO REFILLS. He said that it’s Aetna requirement. I contacted Aetna (have proof) and answer i... read more
He has been extremely good with taking care of me
You can call 100 times and only get answering the machine.. they rarely call back!
As a doctor, Dr Zafar is excellent. But a chain is only as strong as its’ weakest link. Dr Zafar’s clinic support staff is absolutely horrendously bad. It took a MONTH to effect a referral… 12 days to get a simple Rx refill approved. ALL CALLS go to voicemail. His staff seldom returns and when they do return the call, they simply lie, says whatever I guess they think will shut you up. I’ve complained to the office manager countless times.
