Literally just left my appointment. First thing’s first, Veronica at the front desk is so nice and soft spoken. The check in is always a smooth process! Dr.Zafar was very attentive and understanding. Last but not least, my beautiful nurse Esmeralda was also very kind and sweet. It's NOT a Wilson Creek Internal Medicine anymore. Now it's "Premier Independent Physicians Group Inc". Dr. Zafar is not that bad. But he is NOT an owner. He is an employee of "premier independent physicians group Inc". He has no control of support staff. And they DON’T DO THEIR JOB. It should be: patient go to office ONLY for appointment with doctor. Dr. Zahid Zafar is very approachable and makes sure to answer all my questions. I appreciate how he explains my treatment options clearly, making me feel comfortable with my decisions. He is incredible! He takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything in detail. I always feel valued and cared for during my visits The staff at Wilson Creek are always friendly and helpful.
