He has been extremely good with taking care of me
100% truth. Trust me. Stay away. They don't answer the phone. They don't get your prescription right with the pharmacy. This has been going on for months. Every prescription they fill is denied at CVS. It takes month to get a prescription. I have high blood pressure and I still can't get anybody on the phone to fix their screw up. The girls at the front desk have no clue what they're doing. What a horrible business. Uncaring doctor and front office
You can call 100 times and only get answering the machine.. they rarely call back!
As a doctor, Dr Zafar is excellent. But a chain is only as strong as its’ weakest link. Dr Zafar’s clinic support staff is absolutely horrendously bad. It took a MONTH to effect a referral… 12 days to get a simple Rx refill approved. ALL CALLS go to voicemail. His staff seldom returns and when they do return the call, they simply lie, says whatever I guess they think will shut you up. I’ve complained to the office manager countless times. DR Zahid Zafar is great, and taking care of my Mom well. In starting we see DR Zafar at other clinic in McKinney, was not satisfy with that clinic. We decided yo see him at Senior Health clinic although its little far, we are completely satisfy with this clinic
