It's NOT a Wilson Creek Internal Medicine anymore. Now it's "Premier Independent Physicians Group Inc". Dr. Zafar is not that bad. But he is NOT an owner. He is an employee of "premier independent physicians group Inc". He has no control of support staff. And they DON’T DO THEIR JOB. It should be: patient go to office ONLY for appointment with doctor. Absolutely horrible and incredibly rude receptionist. Completely ignored me to my face when I was talking to her. They are never reachable and don’t care to do their jobs and help patients. Instead they speak with attitude and give rude faces. The older receptionist with the glasses should seriously find a new job or retire.
He has been extremely good with taking care of me
You can call 100 times and only get answering the machine.. they rarely call back!
As a doctor, Dr Zafar is excellent. But a chain is only as strong as its’ weakest link. Dr Zafar’s clinic support staff is absolutely horrendously bad. It took a MONTH to effect a referral… 12 days to get a simple Rx refill approved. ALL CALLS go to voicemail. His staff seldom returns and when they do return the call, they simply lie, says whatever I guess they think will shut you up. I’ve complained to the office manager countless times.
