Sandy went above and beyond today. She helped me on the phone. Then she unexpectedly called me back, because she had researched my case further and had helpful information. She went above and beyond my expectation and helped me quickly resolve my case. I'm so thankful.
I’ve been going here for years and 1 out of 10 the employees are friendly .today I went around 315 and there was a white lady (chunky) being very rude and this isn’t the first time she had her pen in her hand and yelled at me I need your DL !!! while she had my grandmothers in her hand already , that matched the insurance paper !! Ridiculous behavior as a grown woman be better mam!!!!

Employees are friendly and get people taken care of pretty quickly. It was busy this afternoon with about a 30min wait.
