Quick in and out, not even a wait. Clerk was knowledgeable and knew what to do.
I love their services. They are fast and very polite. I know sometimes I get frustrated but it is not their fault, sometimes just the changes our government implement requires extra or different paperwork for disabled veterans and I know the staff has to follow those procedures. However the staff members are very helpful and friendly
I needed my temporary disabled parking placard today, and it was so simple. We went right in, checked in, sat down for a few minutes, and then we were called up. The paperwork was done in minutes. We were there less than 20 minutes.
