Feb. 2023 1. No smoking policy They have a no smoking policy. Unfortunately, I often smell cigarette smoke in my apartment, and the smoke made my personal belongings smell bad. I live on the second floor, NE side, and noticed that a small amount of air flows out of the bottom of my interior walls. So, there is air flowing into my interior walls from the floor below.
