Super nice and knowledgeable
Well that was a uncomfortable experience. Walked in, no one in the store, one guy in the back office cubicles ignoring me. Had to go outside into the work area to find a guy to make my hoses. Came back in, now silent Bob the cubicle guy is walking towards the employees only door to that same garage area and I have to stop him and ask for help. Seems slightly put out by being asked anything. I think he said ten words to me the whole time. Weird and uncomfortable would be the description of my visit to a completely empty shop.... read more
