This business is really unresponsive to working "smaller orders". I've been waiting over six weeks to get a part ordered to which they would install. I've repeatedly asked for a status report and the owner continues to state that he's checking into it - but there is no additional follow-up. If getting the part is this much of a hassle - imagine the quality of work they do. I'm very disappointed.
