I had a such a wonderful nurse named Libbey. The doctor was helpful and I was in and out of the Er.
The providers were great but there was just too much patient volume for one doctor to handle in a timely manor. My low rating is more a reflection on hospital administration than the ED itself. My care was good, just very slow.
