I absolutely love my OB, Lori Brown, and have had great experiences with both her and Dr. Hart. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been very disappointing. The surgery scheduler, Macey, has repeatedly failed to take accountability regarding issues with scheduling my surgery. The office staff was very nice and I always enjoyed interacting with them. Dr Dilworth however, seemed rushed. I met with him twice before switching to a different provider at a different clinic. At my first meeting with him for my missed menses appointment (I was seeking prenatal care for my 5th pregnancy) I brought up that I had had to visit the ER twice to drain my bladder as I had been experiencing urinary retention.
