Negatives will come back scratched and your prints will be done improperly on the wrong paper. if you dare call to check in ON the date the store says your rolls will be done, the owner will admittedly "move your order to the back of the line" because he feels like he shouldn't have to make due dates HE SETS, further placing your order away from the day they originally promised. really unprofessional store and was even threatened that he will "f**k us up".
