Here's the short story. Wilson Bros is a 5 star operation. Professional, knowledgeable, quick responding, great price, quality equipment and exceptionally talented employees. These guys are the best! Super professional and honest and do a great job everytime.
This team is fast, friendly, professional, communicative, and kind. They take the time to explain what they're doing, make honest recommendations, and answer questions. The office is super responsive as well. Really glad we decided to work with a small local company--it made all the difference!
Excellent service and communication. They sent a technician (Brian) to come and examine our AC unit, which had suddenly stopped working. He was very friendly and professional. We are happy to use them again in the future!
AC unit stopped working last night. We have only owned the home for 2 years and their name was on the unit. I called them 8am today and tech was here just after lunch. Kim called me along the way to let me know when the tech would be onsite. Jason explained the issue, showed me the new part and the cost and asked if it was ok to proceed. He was professional and knowledgeable; Wilson Brothers now have a new client. Thank you for giving us AC back in this heat!
