Ordered online, when attempting to order I had to log into paypal four times. This resulted in 2 orders being placed, although I only received once invoice. Called the following day and asked for only one order, told it would be sorted. A week later I still haven't received a refund, the items have been returned and the head of customer relations is not responding to any form of communication.
I am a long time customer of Wilson & Bradley and their staff and service have always been patient and helpful. They go beyond what is expected. A special thanks to Paul and the team today for a great outcome.
