Wilson was very handsome and Bradley was extremely helpful. My cupboard doors are now living their best life, protecting my foraged berries and nuts from the outside forces of evil.
Ordered online, when attempting to order I had to log into paypal four times. This resulted in 2 orders being placed, although I only received once invoice. Called the following day and asked for only one order, told it would be sorted. A week later I still haven't received a refund, the items have been returned and the head of customer relations is not responding to any form of communication.
I am a long time customer of Wilson & Bradley and their staff and service have always been patient and helpful. They go beyond what is expected. A special thanks to Paul and the team today for a great outcome.
