Tammy was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me open an account , making a stressful day so much easier. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were unmatched. She knows her stuff and it shows. I truly felt like a priority she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A true gem for me who has had lots of unpleasant experiences with bankers at my soon to be big old bank.

The staff at this location aren't very friendly. They give the attitude that they're doing you a favor by doing your banking. The people at the Broad Street location are much friendlier and always make you feel welcome.
