We had an issue and Tammy went above and beyond to fix it and make it right!! Their customer service is top tier!
The staff at this location aren't very friendly. They give the attitude that they're doing you a favor by doing your banking. The people at the Broad Street location are much friendlier and always make you feel welcome.
$4.50 ATM fee? How greedy can you be?
The staff are very helpful. The current manager at the Franklin Road branch does not acknowledge long time customers.
