Horrible experience with Daniel Gregory (Branch Manager) and Kelly Mccaleb (Newbie in customer service?). I paid a stop pay fee of $38 but the charge was never stopped. Kelly in customer service failed to give me the choice of a one time stop or indefinite stop, with it not being my field of expertise I didn't think to ask, I should have been given the option. She also mentioned that if the charge was pulled from account it would be refunded, It wasn't due to the fact it was as few dollars off. Pretty ironic they put you o... read more
