Lived here for a year and some change and I haven’t had any problems. The neighbors are nice and maintenance requests get taken care of rather quickly. Not to mention that Donna is an excellent apartment manager who is always there for you. I highly recommend this apartment building.
Never had any issues here in my time here. Maintenance requests have always been fulfilled in a timely manner. The manager Donna has always been accommodating and on top of issues when they arise. The building is a bit older but upkept well. Several utilities are included which is nice. Overall good value and management.
I know of people that live in your apartments so when you say you care about you tenants you do not. The hallways are smelly and dirty and they do not get cleaned. There is never anyone that comes to shovel the walk ways or along the garages OR put any salt down, ever..The only time its shoveled is when a tenant/s takes care of it. Yes, this has been brought to managements attention and nothing gets done. I would not recommend anyone to rent from this company.
Called they don't have availability basically for the next 3-6months and there's a wait list of around 24 people with approximately units or something like that. They should remove their listing from apartments, but they said it's "call for availability." You have no availability so put that on your apartments listing.
