Great gym with great people. All trainers cater to any previous injuries or niggles to avoid further damage. They work with you to build strength and mobility. Highly recommend.
Jase has created a great space at Wilson Athletic. Such a friendly, welcoming, supportive environment. The coaches make sure you are moving in the correct way, which I have then applied into my work to keep myself safe.
