We had a great experience with Wilson and Sons Roofing. Corey was very easy and pleasant to work with. The estimate process was low key with no hard pressure sales and upselling. Corey answered all of our questions during the initial meeting. He suggested a shingle color that was perfect for our house. Excellent and prompt customer service and communication. No nonsense sales process with a fair price. Locally owned - no private equity or corporate ownership tacking on marketing bloat costs. Work was done quickly and well and clean. Corey, 2nd generation leadership, was great to work with and followed up to make sure we were happy.
Several things to review, first, Corey Wilson communicates well, provides expectations and follows through, we knew costs, things that may occur, and plans when work would start and end, including material delivery, no subsequent damage to home, repairs were made, roof installed, his supervisor Jose kept his team focused, job was completed in one day, follow up cleaning was completed next day. Highly recommend, established family business.
