My dental crown came off unexpectedly, and they gave me an appointment right away. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Dr. Fallahdoost performed a root canal, and I was honestly surprised that I felt no pain at all throughout the procedure. They explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Very disappointing experience with the clinic staff. The receptionist and lab technician (Layla) were rude and dismissive. I asked for my blood test results to be sent to my family doctor—which is my right under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act and had already provided the family Dr information on the form. Layla responded rudely (“how are we supposed to remember?”) and refused to do it. She then told me to call back when results are ready, while also saying she doesn’t know when that will be. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had coming to a walk in clinic. There is poor communication between doctors and reception leavening everyone in the dark. I proceed with the visit because I needed some document for work them met with allot of disrespect from the asain receptionist that didn’t speak to the doctor that seen me during the visit also they with held giving me any information to report the situation

The receptionist was terrible. The entire Facility is Very poorly maintained and dirty, especially for a doctors’s office. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to go through with my doctors appointment, especially after the lack of regard I received from the receptionist. Definitely suggest anywhere else but here.
