Worst possible clinic and doctor. Doesnt have a sense of customer service and receptionist doesnt know that the doctor is not taking new patients which wasted our whole day. You would wait for 40mins to hour even after you booked an appointment because they it doesnt matter to them if you have an appointment or not.
Apparently no one is there at 10AM on a Tuesday despite Google saying their hours indicate otherwise. There was a sign with three doctors' names and the days & hours they worked, no one is apparently coming until 1PM. Thanks for nothing, you unprofessional clowns.
One conversation - or, better said, one call spent on hold followed by a request for a fax - was enough to scare me away from this. I accept all the negative reviews as true.
They randomly give out wait times & prioritize their Filipino buddy’s. Extremely disorganized. Last time coming here for sure. Rating are accurate
Receptionist showed up late to open the office. Then her first task of the day was to put a sign on the door stating “clinic will open when the doctor is in!” No time specification, did not address any patients who were waiting, just leaving a whole lobby of people angry and without answers. After rapping on the closed clinic door for 5 minutes, she finally answered and said the doctor would be in around 10am, an hour after the clinic opened.
